Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your electronics in the original box and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
